1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or engaging TR Technology Solutions LLP ("we", "us", "our") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Our services

We provide web development, mobile app development, AI & automation, digital marketing, custom software solutions, and branding & creative services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for each project are defined in a written proposal or agreement provided to you before work begins.

3. Quotes and payment

• Quotes are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
• Projects typically require a 50% advance with the balance due on completion, as agreed in your proposal.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, app store fees, ad spend, payment gateway fees) are billed separately.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate project information, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you supply.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (website, app, designs, code) transfers to you. We retain the right to use generic project descriptions, anonymised results, and screenshots in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place. Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and tools we use remain licensed under their respective open-source or commercial licences.

6. Website content and use

Content on this website is provided for general information. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is error-free or current. You may not copy, republish, or resell material from this site without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services or this website is limited to the fees you paid for the specific project concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

8. Revisions and support

Each proposal includes a defined number of revision rounds and a support period (typically 1–6 months). Additional revisions or work beyond the agreed scope is chargeable at our standard rates. Post-support maintenance plans are available separately.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir.
